A water saving incentive scheme to support business customers within Hampshire and on the Isle of Wight.

What is You Save, We’ll Pay?

Following the introduction of hosepipe restrictions for household customers on 21 July 2025, we’re providing business customers with a water saving incentive scheme called You Save, We’ll Pay. Restrictions apply to customers in Hampshire and on the Isle of Wight, and the scheme is open to businesses in those regions.

 

Am I eligible to apply?

To be eligible for the You Save, We’ll Pay scheme, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:

  • Be a Southern Water business customer with a water meter.
  • Have had your meter installed since March 2024 or earlier.
  • Be based within Hampshire or on the Isle of Wight.
  • Have a postcode starting with PO, SO, or SP.
  • Submit an initial meter reading between 1 and 8 August 2025 and a final meter reading between 1 and 8 December 2025 for each of your water meters.
  • Meter reads must be accompanied by contact details and photographic evidence of the read(s).
