Your Water, Your Say
It’s important that our customers can view our plans and share their thoughts with us. That’s why we've hosted two ‘Your Water, Your Say’ meetings.
An overview of the meetings
We recently submitted our Business Plan for 2025–30 to our regulator, Ofwat for approval. Our proposed record investment of £7.8 billion aims to deliver major improvements in water resilience, wastewater treatment, customer service, and protection of our environment.
The 'Your Water, Your Say' sessions were hosted by the leaders of Southern Water, who presented our Business Plan to our customers and were on hand to answer any questions they had.

"We’re making huge investments and changes to the way we tackle leakage, installing over 7,500 acoustic detectors to proactively detect leaks, fixing more than 22,000 leaks a year with our 300-strong expert team, working with local authorities to fix leaks on roads more quickly and using satellite technology to spot leaks using ground penetrating radar."
Your input and approval are highly important to us and help us shape our plans according to your needs. So, we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who attended our sessions and to all who dedicated their time to reviewing and feeding back on our plan.
