Am I exempt from hosepipe restrictions?
We understand that hosepipe bans can be challenging, especially if you have additional needs, such as a disability, illness, or other requirements.
If you are a blue badge holder, on our Priority Services Register, or our WaterSure tariff for medical reasons, then the restrictions will not apply, and you will automatically be exempt.
