Your water, your say
We recently submitted our Business Plan for 2025 to 2030 to our regulator, Ofwat for approval. Our record £7.8 billion Plan aims to deliver major improvements in water resilience, wastewater treatment, and customer service, as well as protection of our environment. We want to hear our customers thoughts on our proposals and answer any questions they may have.
‘Your water, your say’ virtual meeting .
We would like to invite you to our second ‘Your water, your say’ virtual meeting on 27 November 2023 from 6pm to 8pm. During this session you will hear about our Business Plan in detail from the leaders at Southern Water and have the opportunity to ask us any questions.
If you attended our previous ‘Your water, your say’ meeting in June 2023, you will also find out how we’ve addressed feedback gathered from that session. Details on the June meeting can be found below.
How to book your place
Taking part is easy. Register here by 3pm on 27 November 2023.
We know not everyone has access to IT equipment and will be able to join us online. Multiple people can join from the same device. And we’re encouraging our community groups and organisations to reach out to anyone who may not have access to IT and can raise questions for them.
Meeting details
The event will start at 6pm and will finish at 8pm. It’ll be introduced by an independent chairperson appointed by our regulator Ofwat and the Consumer Council for Water (CCW).
Members from our Executive Team and Board will share what's in our draft plan, the challenges we’re facing, and the how we're working together with our communities and stakeholders to deliver more for our customers and the environment.
There will then be time for you to ask us questions on the plan and provide feedback. If we’re unable to answer any of your questions, we’ll give a written response after the meeting.
Our June ‘Your water, your say’ session
Thank you to our customers that attended our first session in June 2023. We were pleased to welcome a wide range of customers, community groups and stakeholders from across the region which helped inform the Business Plan we submitted to Ofwat.
You can download the slides from the meeting and read our responses to all the questions received about our proposals.
